Our Company

International Medical & Diagnostic Centre (IMDC), was initially established in 2008 as a subsidiary of SIMDI Company Pvt Ltd. Whilst IMDC has evolved in various stages since its inception the primary goal has always been a commitment to provide subsidized, yet quality diagnostic and medical services to the community in Addu City. We remain conscientious towards health and well‐being of this community who, despite being the second largest and most populous community, remains at a disadvantage given its geographical distance and public health system limitations. Through quality health education, outreach and other inventive programs IMDC hopes to continue with this community oriented service.

IMDC with its 30 beds and state of the art equipment is supported by a dedicated team of professionals such as physicians, nurses, visiting specialists and other health‐care experts to provide in-patient and outpatient services within a friendly, professional patient oriented environment. At present, IMDC houses a state of the art laboratory, X-Ray facilities, Dental Clinic, Casualty, ICU, NICU facilities, a well-equipped physiotherapy unit and a fully equipped theatre for standard procedures. Telemedicine services are also available to assist patients by providing easy access to top talents in the various fields of medicine and treatments globally.

IMDC brings together a dedicated team of physicians, nurses, and other health-care professionals to provide the highest standard of medical treatment. IMDC currently offers limited beds for in patient care and supports this with a team of dedicated physicians, nurses and other health care professionals who are trained and vastly experienced in using the modern diagnostic and operational equipment provided at IMDC.
