IMDC aims to offer its services through strategically located centres. At present IMDC extend its services through IMDC-Multispeciality Centre and IMDC-Seenu.

IMDC Seenu provides general medical care for all ages, along with diagnostic services from its laboratory, X-ray, ultrasound, colour Doppler, echocardiography, EEG, EMG, NCV, PFT, TMT and complete path lab facilities. While offering specialties such as Medicine, Surgery, pediatric, Dental, Ophthalmological, chiropractic, Gynecological and Obstetrician it also offer services of super specialists and visiting consultants on a rotational basis in the fields of cardiology, diabetology, nephrology, neurology, psychiatry, dermatology and oncology. A small, yet well equipped theatre will serve minor surgical needs. As space and viability permits, services will be expanded to meet patient demands.

IMDC-Multispeciality Centre focuses on EECP, an innovative solution to cardiac management. While medical screening is carried out, it also offers surgical consultation from in-house specialists and cardiac management services from visiting specialists who constantly monitor patients through state of the art-telemedicine facilities which are available at the centre.
