Dr. Ashvin R. Shah is a graduate from Saurashtra University. He did his MBBS in 1977. In 1980 he did his Diploma in Child Health in the same university. In 1994, he did PALS (Paediatrics Advance Life Support) in USA. In 2000 Dr. Ashvin attended a certificated course by Dr. AKN Sinha Institute in Adolescent Health.

Senior Medical Officer Dr Fauziah Gaphur has been working as a dental surgeon in the Maldives since 2002. Prior to this she has worked in Kerala, India since 1983. Dr Fauziah was one of the first to join the team at IMDC hospital since its conception in 2008. Altogether Dr Fauziah has 26 years of experience in the field of dentistry.

Qualifications received from The Tamilnadu Dr.MGR Medical University, Chennai, India (BPT), Indian Institute of Management Studies, Chennai, India (DHA), Annamalai University, Tamilnadu, India (PGDAE). He is currently pursuing Fellowship in Sports Sciences with Apollo Hospital, Education & Research Foundation & Medical University, Chennai, India.

Medical Officer ENT, Sultanate of Oman, Ministry of Health, then joined His Majesty’s Diwan of Royal Court (1988 -2004), Private Practice & GP Geriatrics, Pain & Palliative Care (2004 – 2008), Resident Registrar ENT IMDC-MH, Maldives (2008 -2009). At present conducting private practice in Chennai with home visits for Geriatrics, Pain & Palliative care medical professional and visiting consultant to IMDC-MH.
Dermatology
Studied University of Mysore, India and achieved Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery 1989, Post Graduate, Department Dermatology & Venereology, Medical College Hosptial, Trivandrum, India 1998 and took up the post of provisional lecturer for this college in 1999. Advanced training in Cosmetic surgery, National Skin & Hair Care Centre, Bangalore 2000. Dr Usha has been working as consultant Dermatologist in the Kerala Institute of Medical Services, India since 2002
Sonologist
Completed MMBS in 1998 and then continued his education in the field of Ultra-sonology in Abdomen, Obstetrics and Gynecology from Mediscan's Channai which he completed in 2002.
Dr.Jeslin has previously worked in SP Multispecialty Hospital Kerela as a Casualty Medical officer & Sonologist (2006 – 2009), held the post of Resident Medical officer & Sonologist in Manju Nursing Home Kanyakumari, District of Tamil Nadu (1999 – 2006). He has also consulted as a visiting Sonologist in Radha Krishna Hospital, Kula Sekharam , Pious Hospital , Carmel Hospital and Vinod Hospital.
Dr Jeslin has joined IMDC Multispecialty Hospital on 23 May 2010 and will be consulting in the specialty of Sonology and Medical Officer.

Dr Shekhawat consults from India via Tele-Radiology communication providing reports and referrals.
Dr Shekhawat is the Director of Adesh Medical Center (P) Ltd. running three Diagnostics Centers (Bathinda) equipped with MRI since 2003, (Muktsar) Spiral CT Scanner and X-Ray, (Faridkot GGS Medical College) equipped with Dual Slice CT Scan, GGS Multslice CT Scan.
